Every piece leaves the atelier having passed through the same hands it has passed through since Tuesday. The gestures are not written down. They are shown once, and then repeated.

Our workshop maintains eleven operations that no machine has yet been permitted to perform, including the final polish, which is judged by eye and by touch alone.

A piece that does not satisfy the polisher does not leave the bench.
